I has stayed in this apt for almost 10yrs which is a cozy flat (3brs,1lr,1br,1k) via a convenient location to live, but now me and other flatmate are seeking for a outgoing, friendly, life-styled, mature gentleman or lady for the 3rd room. Where u gonna stay is around 9m² n the rental 2600rmb/M by paid quarterly via fully house equipments.
Our contract is for 2yrs n moving in date starts from now on to another 18 months.
The apt is on a high floor with nice views. Metro Panjiayuan station is downstairs by 5mins walking.
U can easily find the markets, banks, restos in 10mins.
