Qualifications：
1. Must be a native English speaker and eligible for a work visa.
2. A bachelor’s degree or higher is required, along with a TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate or at least 1-2 years of teaching experience.
3. Preference will be given to candidates who:
(1) Possess an IB PYP training certificate or have experience teaching IB PYP.
(2) Demonstrate a passion for teaching, respect for Chinese moral values, and an appreciation for Chinese culture.
(3) Exhibit strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
(4) Have prior experience working in international schools or overseas.
