Haru Teppanyaki and Sushi Bar Hits Sanlitun

This elegant Japanese restaurant, a favorite of many Shunyi-residents, has opened a new branch in the heart of Sanlitun. The menu’s emphasis is on capturing the essence of quality ingredients, which in turn means higher prices. Each of the several small private rooms feature a teppanyaki grill as the centerpiece (hence the restaurant’s suitability for group dinners), and regulars give the entertainingly prepared (by a private chef) and artistically presented food high ratings.

Seafood offerings include a selection of sashimi (the salmon sashimi is a must order), fresh sushi rolls and king prawns, while the teppanyaki meals are topped off with fresh salad and delicious servings
of fried rice. Good selection of sake as well.

Signature dishes: Foie gras (RMB 118), Steaks (domestic beef RMB 92-150; imported RMB 158-180), Salmon sashimi (RMB 78), Large prawns (RMB 68).
