• Communication skills and relationship management skills
• Competent in speaking, reading and writing in both Chinese and English
• Media savvy with a strong network of personal and professional connections in Beijing
• Previous sales experience (especially in the media industry) strongly preferred

If sales isn't your thing, we're also looking for a full-time Web Editorial Assistant to assist with the moderation/administration and writing and research for this site. Candidates should have the following criteria:

• Excellent English speaking, reading and writing ability
• Native level Chinese language ability, particularly with reading
• Strong organizational skills and experience working with databases
• A keen interest and active involvement in online media and social networking
• Avid follower of current events as they relate to Beijing
• Experience using online forums and classifieds
• Experience with website planning strongly preferred
