For bass heads...
The Syndicate is celebrating a whopping decade of delivering bass to Beijing by bringing over one of the UK’s top drum & bass DJs and founder of world-leading label, Shogun Audio, DJ Friction. It'll be a four-deck, three-hour spectacle, with support from Blackie, Kay C, and Donkey Tonk, among others at Yugong Yishan. More info here.

"Hip Hop Members" is back at the new Hush "champagne and hip hop club," located in Worker's Stadium in front of Club Latte. For its return, the multi-DMC champion DJ Qbert will play live cuts from his latest albums. Entrance is RMB 100, but it's free for hip hop members. DIY Beijing print journal Concrete Flux is raising money to cover the costs of printing their third issue in time for Beijing Design Week with a raffle, specialty cocktails, and entertainment by DJs Charm and The Count of Monte Disco. For dance music...
The TingDong Music Festival is back at Worker's Stadium with a killer lineup that includes, Dirty South, and LMFAO's Sky Blu (Sky Blu will also be hitting up 5F later Saturday night for an after party). Just Blaze has collaborated with some of the biggest names in hip hop today, and he's about to descend on Lantern with Glasgow's hippest production artist, Hudson Mohawke. The two are coming as part of the Red Bull Music Academy's world travelling series of music workshops and festivals. More info here.
