Kagen Celebrates 11th Anniversary with Limited-Time Dinner Menu

Hatsune Restaurant Group has been straight killing it in Beijing for years now. Hatsune recently passed their 14th year of serving up Beijing's most creative sushi rolls and earlier this year they took home the award for Best Japanese in our Reader Restaurant Awards for the 12th year IN A ROW. Now, sister restaurant Kagen, located in the same building as the original Guanghua Lu branch of Hatsune, is celebrating their 11th anniversary. Kagen specializes in Teppanyaki, prepared over fiery hot coals, along with shabu shabu, sushi, and robatayaki (Japanese barbecue).

In honor of the occasion, the chefs at Kagen have come up with a limited-time set menu highlighting premium seasonal ingredients and new creative dishes.

As Kagen chef Zhang Hongtao comments: "Having worked as a chef for the past 20 years at Kagen, I have always been strict in the quality of ingredients I select. Maintaining professionalism in the kitchen and staying in constant pursuit of perfection is my culinary attitude."
