Rosewood Beijing Strikes 'Gold' on Conde Nast Traveler List
Rosewood Beijing is the only Beijing hotel named to Conde Nast Traveler magazine for 2016, the magazine announced.
It was one of only four hotels in China named to the magazine's annual Gold List, with two of those four being in Hong Kong. The Fairmont Peace Hotel in Shanghai was the only other hotel north of the border named to the non-ranked list, which the magazine describes as "our editors' picks for the top hotels in the world."
"A seven-story, 283-room hotel in Beijing’s booming Chaoyang District, Rosewood’s first property in Asia offers lofty service and breathtaking views of the city, including Rem Koolhaas’s famed CCTV Tower just across the Third Ring Road. There are six restaurants and bars, a world-class spa with an indoor pool; and the Manor Club, a plush executive lounge that looks and feels like a posh private clubhouse," the New York-based travel publication said of the hotel.
Conde Nast Traveler first took a shine to Rosewood Beijing in April 2015, when it named the hotel to its Hot List, as one of the best 60 new lodgings in the world. Congratulations to our Hujialou neighbors!
