The ceiling to floor space in each of More's apartments doesn't evoke feelings of a claustrophobia because of an increased ceiling to floor distance and expanded space in the bathrooms, toilet, kitchen, living, bedroom, and closets means that you never feel trapped. All rooms have storage space carefully tucked away – under the bed, for example – or in other convenient spots that won't cause you to trip over yourself. 

Snazziness
More looks towards a contemporary Scandinavian style decor in all their apartments, one that’s rooted in minimalism and utilitarianism. The serviced residences have each been carefully thought out in terms of natural and light, splashes of color, and touches of light wood. The wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, and bathroom walls are all white to provide each of the rooms a bright and fresh feel whereas natural red brick walls give the hallways a texture and color that absorb the light and emanate a warm glow. From the moment you walk into the lobby, you will be greeted by smiling helpful staff. The lobby will also soon be home to its own coffee shop, where tenants can enjoy a freshly made cup of joe before even stepping out of their building. More also has a list of chargeable services such as car rental, moving, laundry, house cleaning, fitness, yoga, water, and electricity, as well as a number of free services, including printing, pre-ordering travel tickets, postal service, and space for parties.

Safety
The apartments only have one main entrance, which makes it difficult for others to try and sneak in and get past the cameras for 24-hour monitoring. The elevators are operated by a key card, and the door to each room has a unique passcode that must be entered in order to opem.

In terms of air safety, the rooms are retrofitted with a high-end air filtration system to help with air purification and improved indoor AQI. As mentioned before, there is also a water purification system, fitted under each sink to ensure access to good quality drinking and cooking water.
