MØ
Though she got her start as one half of a Danish feminist-punk duo – writing and performing assertive, if not so subtle, songs like "P***y in Your Face" – Karen Marie Ørsted has redefined her sound since 2016. Promoters now describe her as "by some measurements, the biggest pop star in the world." That's, of course, due to her part in the hit song "Lean On," a collaboration with Major Lazer and DJ Snake, which ranked last year as Spotify’s most-streamed track of all time, along with racking up 1.6 billion YouTube plays. She also knocked hip-hop heartthrob Drake off the top of the Billboard Hot 100 earlier this year, where he reigned for sixteen weeks, with her collaboration with Justin Bieber, "Cold Water." RMB 350 (RMB 300 advance). 9.30pm. Tango 3F
Sam Binga
Hailing from Bristol, Sam Binga's music has been described by the promoters as "sort of halftime jungly stuff but like kinda on a dirty south tip, too" featuring "frankly absurdly wavey hyper-mild vibes." Price TBD. 10pm. Dada
Blue Hour & Sunsiare
On Saturday, Lantern's main room will be occupied by rising UK techno star Blue Hour, Beijing techno upstart Sohan, and Lantern regular Wengweng. Meanwhile, in the club's bar room, Sunsiare of Hong Kong label Fragrant Harbour will bring forth Asian house and disco flavors. Price TBD. 10.30pm. Lantern
