Chi Fan For Charity 2024: Table Bidding Opens Tomorrow (Oct 17)

Chi Fan For Charity (CFFC) 2024 is all set to take place on Saturday, Nov 16 with 48 amazing Beijing restaurants taking part this year. Now in its 16th year, this time around CFFC will be raising money for two charities: Dew Drops and FROM OUR EYES. You can read more about them here.

As always, there will also be a CFFC Afterparty which this year is set to take place on Nov 16 from 9.30pm at the Hamarkand Silk Road Gourmet International Parlor.

This year table prices range from RMB 500 to RMB 1,400, and you can find the full list of participating restaurants here. If you’re not able to make it to the dinner, there will also be Afterparty-only seats available as well. For those interested in being a Table Host, the bidding opens tomorrow (Oct 17) so you’d better express your interest soon because tables are expected to sell out fast! Here’s a quick guide to how it works:

Step 1: Express your interest in hosting a table via WeChat: cynphamni.

Step 2: Secure your seats by paying a deposit. Tomorrow (Oct 17), you'll receive a link to rank your preferred restaurants in order of choice.

Step 3: No later than two weeks before the event, your restaurant will be confirmed. Restaurant selections are based on a first-come, first-served basis, so the earlier you act, the better your chances of getting your desired restaurant. If you're unable to get your top choice, CFFC will contact you to pick another option.

Step 4: Complete your booking by paying the full amount for your selected restaurant.

Step 5: You'll be introduced to your restaurant contact, who will provide event programs and wristbands, which grant access to the Afterparty at Hamarkand Banquet Hall, Beijing.
