Peruvian cuisine is getting a long-deserved treatment and is lifted from the oblivion in Beijing F&B scene. Previously operating as a pop-up, Pachakutiq moves to stabler ground and has settled as Pachapapie. Expect sushi rolls, ceviche, salads, and other Peruvian delights and cocktails that will satisfy both your curiosity for this underrepresented cuisine and your rumbling stomach.

Billing itself as the only place in Beijing to sample authentic Argentine cuisine, Che Diego! features a chef and a barbecue master brought directly from Buenos Aires. Covering an area of 200sqm, the restaurant includes barbecued items, empanadas, locro stew, and fine wines.

Q Mex Bar & Grill is a casual themed Mexican Cantina that offers both modern and traditional Mexican cuisine including California style burritos, tacos, fajitas and enchiladas. Pizza, burgers and pasta are also available in traditional and Mexican styles. Premium beers such as Carlsberg, Slowboat IPA and Hoegaarden are on tap, while classic and special cocktails are designed by two of Beijing’s most noted mixologists: Paul Matthew and Echo Sun.

Taking inspiration from America's Chipotle chain, this eatery offers big burritos filled with fresh ingredients and imported Australian beef. Generous, chunky guacamole and fried tortilla chips rounds out a meal.
