Rock Hour
Rock Hour is composed of several climbing walls with more than 200 routes of varying difficulties and heights. Staff can speak some English and routes were set by international route-setters. Training courses, gear rent, auto-belay devices, and shower facilities are available.
Day passes cost RMB 120, a month RMB 650, six months RMB 3,000, and RMB 4,800 for a year. Family day pass cost RMB 160, a month RMB 900 and 10-time pass RMB 1,250.

Beijing Climbing Club runs regular weekend rock-climbing trips for aspiring climbers of all abilities to scenic locations around Beijing. They offer a safe and hassle free way for anyone based in Beijing to get out and experience this amazing sport first hand. They use qualified western/bilingual guides and operate to western safety standards.

Baihe Climbing Area
Miyun’s Baihe River Valley is home to one of the most developed rock-climbing areas near Beijing. There are as many as 45 established sport (bolted) and traditional routes. The main climbing area is adjacent to a sandy beach near the river, which makes it an ideal place for camping. In winter, there is an ice-climbing park with a man-made ice wall. Longtan Lake Park Climbing Wall (6718 6358 ext 9031) organizes trips to Baihe; call them to find out when they’re going next. (Make sure you bring all your own gear.) O'le Climbing
O'le Climbing is the city's premier indoor climbing gym, as well as the meeting place and events center for the Beijing climbing community. Opened in 2008, they are one of China's longest-running climbing centers. Whether it's your family's first time or not, O'le's friendly, nationally-certified, and bilingual staff will "show you the ropes."
O'le's top-roping and lead climbing wall is 12.5m high and features 7 roped climbing stations with numerous professionally-set routes suitable for novices and experts alike.

This bar caters to the West Side climbing crew and organizes climbing trips around Beijing. Mountaineering gear and camping equipment are the bar's equivalent of wallpaper, along with posters of beefy studs flexing their pecs as they ascend boulders.
