The used whiskey is from the first batch of Dill's Scotch Blended Whisky, making it very approachable for newcomers to spirits. It starts with notes of apricot and white grapes, along with a herbal aroma. On the palate, it presents citrus notes that evoke memories of spring grass or freshly baked buttered bread. The finish is refreshing, reminiscent of ginger ale, making it a perfect thirst-quencher.
