One Br Flat Near Caoqiao Subway

I have a one bedroom apartment at the complex building called Qingxiucheng 青秀城 on No. 1 Majialou Lu 马家楼路 north of southeast fourth ring road. I would like to rent it out when we will be travelling for a few months starting approximately mid-May.
The location is not very convenient. The nearest subway station is called Caoqiao草桥 on line 10 and you then take a bike, bus, or taxi (<13 yuan < 5 mins).
