Let’s make this month of October count: 
Join this community of awesome ladies working out  for a greater cause. Get your Fitness exercises day by day (6 days/ week) for the whole month. Get daily support and  motivation from the other challengers in the group. Get tutorial videos that show you how to safely perform  each exercise. 
 Report everyday in the  group chat by sending a  time lapse video and/ or a ThumbsUp picture.  Workout at your own pace and intensity at home, at work, at the gym..
