Join #TeamValor for a 3 week Fight Training Camp starting May 11th and Ending May 27th.
The Training Camp will be every Tuesday and Thursday from 7AM - 8AM at Sanlitun Bactive. This camp is focused on fight conditioning. That means high energy punching and kicking.
