FALCAOS is a football tournament with unique features and you should definitely give it a try.

Playing in a team or organizing it to join a regular league in Beijing sometimes could be a headache. There are many things that can go wrong and is always difficult to put a group of people together and meet everyone's expectations, not to metion that the level of commitment required to keep a team playing throughout the passing weeks could be a real challenge. You also need to think about uniforms, equipment and even water!

On the other hand, there is always an unfair situation where players within one team can never play the same amount of time because you always have some subs on the bench, but these players will not see as many minutes as the players starting the game. This creates a tricky situation, giving the fact that every player paid the same amount of money to participate in the tournament and if not, still the subs are committing the same amount of time and effort to be there the day of the match but end up having much less playing time.

With all this in mind, AJS Sports (an sport agency with 5 years experience organizing sport events) created a methodology that aims to facilitate all these issues mentioned above and just let the players worry about being at the venue on time to enjoy a competitive tournament, with a great enviroment and at some awesome facilities. Just grab your boots and come to play!

How does it work?

- Developed in 2018 FALCAOS is a five-a-side football tournament methodology where each player is individually assigned a score according to their performance in each match of competition.

- A general pool of players is created with the participants and teams are randomly selected every matchday. In every matchday players will play several short matches. There are no subs. Everyone plays the same number of matches for the same money.

- Each player is then assigned a score according to his/her performance in those matches. We keep track of several data to determine that score.

- After a predetermined number of games, the player with the highest score wins the championship.

- Players don’t only compete against opponents but they are also able to compare their own performance week after week and set their own challenges and goals as we hand out a report after every matchday, so you can keep track of your evolution throughout the tournament.

Does it sound good? Well FALCAOS has some extra benefits:

1. With over 200 players in our general pool list, FALCAOS is a great environment for players to develop new conections and social realtionships, as players rotate constantly and therefore are exposed to new teams and opponents every week. You get to play with and against everyone else.

2. If you can't make it you DON'T need to pay. In FALCAOS we know people are busy and the payment method is very convenient. You can come? Just sign up to the matchday list, pay the fee and grab your boots.

3. Win some prizes: in FALCOS we beleve in the love for the game and we know no real prizes are necessary to motivate players to come, but still we want to reconigze your effort, therefore, for the winners we always have some gifts.

4. Five a side football is a highly intense sport, so you will definitely burn those extra calories and keep fit throughout the year.

Is it expensive?

Absolutely not. The fee per matchday is 85 rmb, which includes 6-8 games, bibs to differenciate teams, water, referee and the report after the matchday.
