Kempinski Hotel Beijing Yansha Center invites guests to celebrate the spirit of Ramadan with an exotic Arabic-themed dinner buffet at Signature’s Restaurant. From 3 to 28 March, the evening buffet offers more than 30 authentic Arabic dishes, desserts and drinks, allowing Muslim guests to break their fast with a sumptuous post-sunset feast while also welcoming all local guests to discover the culinary traditions of the Middle East.

A Celebration of Arabian Cuisine

The buffet features a sumptuous array of traditional dishes that celebrate the essence of Arabian cuisine. Highlights include the tender and aromatic Lamb Ouzi a centerpiece dish of spiced lamb and fragrant rice, and the smoky flavours of Chicken Shawarma, marinated to perfection and grilled to order. Vegetarian guests can relish the creamy Grilled Haloumi Cheese, while seafood lovers can enjoy freshly prepared Middle Eastern-inspired seafood dishes like Grilled Salmon with tarator sauce.

The dessert selection highlights exotic Middle Eastern sweets. Indulge in the delicate layers of Walnut-Pistachio Baklava, the moist and fragrant Basboussa, and an assortment of traditional Arabic sweets, including a selection of nuts and dates, that will leave guests craving more.

Sip on Tradition

Complementing the meal is a selection of authentic beverages, including the refreshing homemade Jallab, a delightful blend of dates, rose water and grape molasses; and the rich and aromatic Arabic coffee served in traditional style with a hint of cardamom. Each sip is a celebration of Middle Eastern culture and hospitality.
