There's something for everyone during this year's Maovember. Yes, this is week three of the annual month-long run of charity pub and restaurant happenings, proceeds for which are going toward The Library Project and Bread of Life (click here for more on those). And whether your skillsets and interests lie in intellectual tangles, or more physical throwdowns, or simply throwing your arms around adorable pups, you'll find a Maovember event you love this week and next week.

Nov 15: Fifth Annual Maovember Q Mex Quiz
Ok, listen up smartypants: Maovember needs you! Show off your brain power at this fun quiz night hosted by Q Mex. 8-10pm. Free entry. Q Mex Bar and Grill (in Sanlitun)

Nov 17: The Cheers Maovember Fiesta Latina
If you didn't get your fill of Latin vibes at Q Mex the night prior, hit up Cheers for a Latin-themed, super generous free flow discount on Sangria and Gluewine. Ay caramba! All proceeds will be dedicated to the Maovember charity fund. 7pm-midnight. RMB 50 free-flow. Cheers Cafe

Nov 18: Maovember Corn-Toss
What the hell's a corn-toss, you say? Why, you've been missing out, friend. As the event summary details: "Think you have what it takes to throw a bag of corn 30 feet? Nov 19: The First Maovember Dog Pub Crawl
What do Beer Mania, The Local, XL Bar and Restaurant, Paddy O’Shea’s, and Jing-A Brewing all have in common? Well, aside from being part of a midsection-testing Maovember pub crawl, all these joints are also pup friendly, meaning Man's Best Friend can tag along for fun.
