Food Porn: Paneer Tikka, Grand Cafe, Grand Hyatt Beijing

We love cheese in all its forms, especially when it's a type that's rarely found in Beijing. In this case, tender homemade paneer cheese is marinated with anise-flavored carom seeds before being grilled on kebabs with peppers, and served with a chili-hot tomato sauce. Delicious.
