Although I used to go here for my pet care, I can say, the staff is quite unsympathetic, more busy using wechat than communicating with the patient's parents. I used to believe this was the best clinic, but since they moved to wangjing, they have become worse and worse. What they need to do is teach the assistance sympathy, empathy and soft skills. I would say the same for the expat vets. They are here to care for our pets, we trust them to give us the best solution, but in fact, they are not up to par to even a Chinese vet.

Re: Half a star if even deserved.
The fact that you refer to yourself as the parent of your pet tells quite a bit about you. I've found that kind of person often has no clue how to raise or care for animals but rather is just soooooo moved by their cuteness and throws a childish tantrum whenever another person doesn't show exactly the same emotions. I have been going to ICVS for years. They've provided excellent care to both my cats and I've done every single procedure through them, except for the first procedure one of my cats got which was his first immunizations. I did that at a Chinese vet when I was new to China. One 'doctor' held his legs and the other injected a shot into his spine. I've never heard a cat scream like that. I aborted the procedure before they could administer the second shot and lets just say my reaction was bad enough that I didn't have to pay for the first shot. Ignore this review completely, if your grievance with them is that they were using WeChat, then you clearly haven't been to a Chinese vet. I'd give you a zero star review if I could.
