Great Steak, Reasonable Price

Bought some Rib Eye from here yesterday for a Qixi meal.
It was 15.9 yuan per 100 grams, which is really good value when you consider that it's imported meat. I ended up with about 750 grams for 120 yuan. Enough for 3 small steaks or two monster steaks.
Even though I managed to overcook my steak (medium but I like rare), it was still beautifully tender and had great flavour to it, surely the sign of a great piece of meat. The steak was also not pre-cut as it tends to be in a lot of places, meaning that you can choose the size of the cut you want and which part of the bigger chunk you want it cutting from.
The only previous occasion I cooked steak here I bought it from April Gourmet, which as it happens is directly across from Boucherie Michel. Steak from the two places are incomparable - if you want good meat, Boucherie Michel is the place to go.
