Review of La Pizza
Pizzas are made just like in Italy. Big crust big flavors...and all done in an authentic wood oven.
I had a simple Margharita, 68 RMB. Dough had a nice olive olive after taste, zingy tomato base , nice crispy crust and very very high quality real mozzarella cheese. The menu may seem expensive but at least I know the ingredients are freshly safely sourced , at least it tastes so, so it was probably worth paying for (because I don;t want any health problems later in life)
This kind pizza won't please everyone as greedy Americans and Chinese prefer quantity over quality. I.e. lots of cheese and lots of toppings. But heh, you want real pizza. Just stop over here.
