Been here three times in the past two months. First time, fish and chips was excellent. Second time, so-so. Last night, crap. The fish was spongy as though microwave defrosted after longterm freezing. It wasn't inedible, but it was nowhere near the good quality of my first visit. It really suggested a downward trajectory in the quality of their food.
The beer is good, it's always nice to have Guinness on tap and the Slow Boat stuff is great. Service really good, music fine, atmosphere good. But really, make sure the food doesn't suck!

After I posted this review, Brussels got in touch with me, apologising for not keeping a sufficient eye on the kitchen during a very busy evening (this is true, BritCham were running a quiz night) and offering a free replacement meal. This is excellent customer reltions so I'm bumping them up a star. Well done, Brussels!
