From great bar to crap. I wish I could give less than 1 star

I have always been a fan of luga's. From when it was a small little Mexican joint on the corner all the way to it's expansion to the new locations.

I went there last night and I cannot stress how much of a waste of time and money this place has become.

The staff are clueless, I ordered a Long Island (with diet coke as I have diabetes) which took 10 minutes (it was not that busy). When it arrived it was with normal coke and the diet coke was in a tin next to it. I have ordered the same drink every time I go out for the last 5 years so I know I said it correctly as I rarely have misunderstandings. It took another 5 minutes for her to understand what the problem was before taking it back.

I watched as they took out the yellow stirrer, add a red stirrer and give it back to me saying it had been changed. I then had to walk back with her and watch as they made it. We are now sitting at 22 minutes since I first ordered. Finally, I was given my drink, I tasted it and it was extremely weak. By this point I just wanted to pay and get out of there so I asked for the bill.

That will be 80 kuai please.

80 kuai for a long island. That is the same as suzie wangs, xiu bar and centro.

Avoid this place like the plague and just go to 1st floor where it is nearly half the price (45 kuai) and twice (if not more) as strong.
