Review of Papa John's

This pizza place has a location less than two miles from my house. Two miles is probably an exaggeration.

I called them for a delivery tonight, as I have been drinking and do not wish to leave my home.

They informed me that they do not deliver to "my area", even though I could walk to their place in half an hour.

Yes, I'm lazy, I expected delivery from an established pizza place with a delivery hotline.

Fuck Papa John's.

Yea they did the same thing to me. They are less than 2 kilometers from my house. I could probably throw a paper airplane and hit their front door. I could yell out my window to tell them to add extra cheese and they would here me. I think China Mobile doesn't even charge me for the call its so close.

I asked the manager why and he said because they didn't want the pizza to be cold when it got here. I said you are going to put it in a box right?

Lame, lame.

Yep, we also felt lazy one evening following a long workday, and ordered in for delivery of some comfort food pizza. When I lived in South China, we used to order Papa John's regulary so I wanted to give them a try here, too. I, too, live not far from their Wangjing location, but they also informed me that I was outside of their "delivery radius". They even went as far as to claim that my address didn't exist in the first place! So I guess I am out of this world, and will not be enjoying Papa John's here on Mars :''(

Sounds to me like the people working there just couldn't be arsed whenever management isn't around.
I wonder if they are aware of this.
