Great Indian Food

I normally despise chain restaurants for the simple fact that food unlike an assembly line cannot be duplicated to be consistent each and every time at each and every location without sacrificing quality or service.

Ganges is probably one of the best Indian restaurants in Beijing. The food is superb although I was disappointed that when we ordered a whole tandoori chicken, the chicken was missing a drumstick plus a wing, and they didnt have the Daal Lentil Soup. Basic Indian staples, but missing from the menu.

I would of given them 5 stars if they didnt rip off a drumstick and a wing.

Will revisit.
