Worst Service and Hospitality

I have never have had the worst service on the face of the earth when it comes to Chinese Airline Service. I would recommend not taking flights using China Souther Airlines to-and-fro China or anywhere. First of all, I was grabbed by the arm and was not given an apology. Secondly, We were just givena piece of stale bread for a 3 hour trip. From check-in all the way to the arrival, I have never met such a group of rude people. I know China is known for poor customer service, but if China Southern is going to provide service to around the world, it might have to rethink its customer satisfaction strategy. If you hare to fly in China or else where, try other local airlines where they have an understanding of customer service.... THE WORST AIRLINE IN THE WORLD!!!!!
