BBC Chef Ken Hom Truffle Collaboration Dinner with Green T House in Shunyi, Mar 19

As part of the tenth Bookworm Literary Festival, world-renowned BBC Chef Ken Hom will be hosting a collaboration dinner with his own special menu at and with Green T House Chef JinR on Saturday, March 19.

Ken, a chef who has prepared menus for celebrities, British royalty, and leaders that include Mr. stoicism himself, Hu Jintao, is also well-known for his TV show titled Saturday Kitchen with Ken Hom on BBC Worldwide. 

The event will feature truffles in east-west cooking, as supplied by European supplier House of Pebeyre, a company that has specialized in truffles since 1897. The evening's five-courses will be paired with specially selected fine wines from The Wine Republic.

Alongside the food, Ken's latest book Truffles will also be available and autographed, relaying the insights, methods, and techniques that he'll be using on the evening.
