Culinary Art: How Food Becomes a Masterpiece at Eatalia Group's La Galleria

The Eatalia Group not only wants to tempt your tastebuds, but also dazzle your eyes.

After establishing its F&B bona fides in recent years with a range of tasty Italian fare, its staff have recently branched out with La Galleria, a venue unlike any other. Located a stone's throw from Hujialou station, Galleria features a range of brilliantly creative food art. There are intricately designed salt crystal sculptures, Jackson Pollack-style paintings made with splatterings of crushed peppers, as well as a carefully designed chocolate sculpture that rotates in midair, like magic, thanks to magnets.

With these features, La Galleria hopes to cater to an exclusive, high-end clientele that is looking for a stylish F&B experience. Customers can opt to host functions at Galleria itself, or call upon the venue's staff to cater their event on a remote site with fine dining, food sculptures, and all.

If you're looking for something a little less fleeting, Eatalia can also enlist sculptors and 3D printer experts to create a range of elaborate works, once delivering a giant lion statue made of sugar along with the catering for one event at the Italian Embassy. For other occasions, La Galleria has readied beautiful chocolate sculptures that clients can then break and eat after viewing.

If your appetite has been whetted by these photos, have some money to spend, and you like your food to come in idiosyncratic formations, then La Galleria are a uniquely ambitious catering company and gallery looking to deck out your next business dinner or meeting.
