Nice juices, creative sandwiches, neighborhood atmosphere

Went for a visit over the break and was pleasantly surprised. Livewell has a short menu featuring a number of creative sandwiches (featuring avocado, walnuts, and other fare not found at a place like Subway) as well as soups and their selection of juices. The interior is cozy, with stacks of magazines and even a few board games to make it a friendly place to hang out.

Not the kind of place worth trekking across town for, but if you're in the neighborhood definitely worth a visit.
