If you have lived in wudaokou (perhaps studying or working in the IT district), you know that there is no way you could find some decent italian food around. Not to mention a decent pizza.
All of the pizza places opened were runned by Koreans (like Mister pizza : full of weird things and sweet potato crust. WTF?) or Americans (greasy pizza, oily cheap american cheese and ketchup : disgusting).
And then this small place opened a few month ago. Sure the service was totally inefficient, sure they even mixed my orders once, but after a few weeks it became really much better. And the food is excellent, with very cheap prices to attract the students living around. Everything you can expect in a good italian restaurant is there : the pasta, the raviolis, the lasagne, and of course the pizza. And the manager is always very nice, very polite.
Continue the good work, continue to improve the service and the quality of the dishes, perhaps add a delivery service option, and you are on your way to the success.

Americans are arrogant, stubborn, uncouth, near sighted, simpletons-who don't have the wherewithal to see their own uninformed pig-headedness.
But we DO NOT put ketchup on pizza.

You are certainly right. I guess the American pizza places here are just trying to add some Chinese characteristics to their pizza, no offense.
