What a downturn!

The chef is gone, it's now run by the Chinese landlord who has no idea what she is doing. She is a landlord, not a restauranteur. She sits outside all day while the servers give horrible customer service and the chef prepares horrible quality food. She converted the upstairs space into some sort of strange club for single people to meet, but keeps the ground floor place as Argana. If you want quality food and good service, I would stay away from this place. I would expect it to close down in the near future.
