I give it 1-star because i cant give it zero. That one star would be for cleanliness. Otherwise, dont even get all excited about going to a black salon in Beijing and happy that the pics look good and the concept sounds like home.

Youre gonna be frustrated nana-seconds after your arrival....unless youre a guy. They get trimmed up nicely, quickly and with enthusiasm. But ladies, fagheabouit. It is clear to me that Paulma needs some competition. Because their customer service and hair game is not up to anybodys par! Hair disappointment is harder to take than a breakup. Think long and hard before choosing this place. Its just not worth the time and energy.
