Recently I decided to try a new vet clinic for several reasons: vicinity, English speaking and Friendly Staff. BIARC - U Rock! We, my pet and I could not have left happier to know that we have found a perfect match. From the beginning of the setting up the appointment to we left the front door, the staff was very cordial and friendly. In fact, I had met some of the staff earlier at another clinic. Additional plus - Economic!
I like the staff, not only because they speak English, but have a good sense of Western culture and our intricacies about our pet caring requirements. My pet was not screaming as she usually does when a stranger touches her (she is a rescue pet). The check was very thorough and we created a plan to take care of all her needs, which I am very pleased. We did leave a couple of unwanted gifts, at least my dog did. 
But the staff did not seem to mind. I guess it comes with the territory.
For some, the location may be a little difficult to find, but for me it was within walking distance from the North Second Ring Circle and Plublic Security Bureau Entry-Exit. Go to Hepingli Street, travel north approximately 2km (I am bad at km distance) and go to Jiaolin Hutong; turn right. The signage is very clear. One at the main road (can't go wrong with looking up and seeing a green sign with a dog and a cat and BIARC; Walk east on Jiaolin approximately 150 m. On the left hand side, you will see a Home Inn Hotel. There, you can find the sign for BIARC and just follow for all your pet needs.
I am really glad I found Dr. Jenny again! My kitty loves her and now so does my dog!
