Superb restaurant offering Jiangxi cooking at its finest and most authentic. Try the sweet, pure chicken broth made fragrant with thick black mushrooms and served in a mini-claypot. Other treats are the spicy yansun chaorou, (smoked bamboo shoots stir-fried with pork), or the kuzhu doufu, a "tofu" made from the starchy nut of the arbor tree.
