Jiangxi

The Jiangxi Provincial Government Restaurant serves up a handful of Nanchang dishes and other generic Chinese food. 

Superb restaurant offering Jiangxi cooking at its finest and most authentic. Try the sweet, pure chicken broth made fragrant with thick black mushrooms and served in a mini-claypot. Other treats are the spicy yansun chaorou, (smoked bamboo shoots stir-fried with pork), or the kuzhu doufu, a "tofu" made from the starchy nut of the arbor tree.
