This Sanlitun sequel to the popular Beiluoguxiang adjacent cocktail bar is spiffier and pricier, but still has some of the Hoper grit fans know and love. Try the Rome cocktail, made with whisky, cherry liqueurs, Rosso Hazelnut syrup, a dash of bitters and chunk of chocolate atop the ice cube. Served in a stout glass and boasting a 35 percent ABV, it's both an indulgently rich but also surprisingly strong cocktail.
