Hatsune to Turn 13, Birthday Party Set for September 4

Perennial Beijinger Reader Restaurant Award winner for Best Japanese, Hatsune, turns 13 next month, and on September 4, all of Beijing is invited to celebrate with them.

Admission includes Hatsune's usual assortment of sushi, sake, cocktails, and samurais – yes, samurais – at its Taikoo Li Sanlitun location.

The California-style sushi restaurant opened first in Guanghua Lu's Heqiao Mansions in 2001, before expanding to Sanlitun in 2007, followed by the Kerry Center Beijing launching earlier this year.

Tickets for the event go on sale August 20 at Hatsune's venues on Guanghua Lu, Kerry Center Beijing, and Taikoo Li Sanlitun, for RMB 150 in advance or RMB 200 at the door.
