Great Leap Brewing, Food by EAST to Collaborate for Chef and Brewer Event November 2

EAST Hotel Beijing Executive Chef Rob Cunningham becomes the Chef half in the next installment of "The Chef and The Brewer" series presented by Great Leap Brewing. Cunningham and Great Leap's Carl Setzer will host on November 2 at EAST's Food By EAST (FEAST).

The event will feature dishes from Cunningham including beef short ribs, Turbot (flatfish), and soft shell crab will be paired with appropriate Great Leap craft beers. Cunningham replaces former Fairmont Hotel Beijing Chef Andreas Bloch, who moved to Malaysia this summer.

Cunningham had the opportunity to cook for Hugh Jackman when the Wolverine appeared in Beijing to promote X-Men: Days of Future Passed, with co-stars Peter Dinklage and Fan Bingbing.
