DEC 12: The Boiler Room feat. Originator Thris Tian
Thris Tian is probably best known as one of the original architects of the Boiler Room. What began as a webcam duct taped to the wall in an actual boiler room has transformed into one of the most respected underground music shows. It is now showcased in 50 cities around the globe and and produces on average 35 new videos of live DJ/music sets every month. DEC 12: Sub-Culture pres. Hyperdub Asia Tour With Kode 9 & DJ Spinn
Join Sub-Culture as they present a massive evening of footwork and juke jams from beyond. Kode 9 and DJ Spinn are serious innovators of the genre and are here to celebrate the tenth anniversary of their Hyperdub label, along with the seventh anniversary of Sub-Culture, who since their inception have brought some of the most important and mind bending electronic musicians to the mainland. 10pm. RMB 80. DEC 12: Fabulous Vegas Burlesque Show & DJ Party
If sultry dance numbers and succulent craft cocktails are more your thing, you can find both at Parlor this Friday as the Moonglow Burlesque troupe suits down in their skimpiest attire to bring you back to the glory days of the Las Vegas Strip.
