Get Fighting Fit for Free with MOKA Bros and Tiger King Fightfit

Move over CrossFit, boxing and martial arts-based classes and boot camps have become the exercise style du jour in Beijing over the past year or so. If you've been wavering over whether to get involved, our favorite healthy restaurant and cafe, MOKA Bros, has teamed up with Tiger King Fightfit to give you the perfect excuse to get started  free classes.

From today until October 31, exchange a MOKA Bros receipt for two classes (redeemable once per person) at Tiger King Fightfit, a relatively new gym and training center in Gongti. If you’re hooked after that, sign up for a membership and get 10 percent off. To bring this up onto a complete win-win level, Tiger King members also get 10 percent off at MOKA Bros.

Located on the south edge of the Worker's Stadium, Tiger King offers classes in boxing, muay Thai, arnis (a Filipino martial art), and Brazilian jujitsu, as well as regular gym training. Founder and master coach Vincent Soberano is a world champion in muay thai and kickboxing, and many of their other trainers are also titled fighters. Don't worry if it is your first time trying out this kind of martial arts-based exercise, they're not going to make you get into a full frontal fight on your first go  although they do encourage sparring as one of the most fun parts of the training!
