Well, put those plans to Netflix (or DVD, Youku, or what have you) and chill on ice, because what we have here is another week of fun events created to put you in a tizzy with Beijing’s best DJs, drink specials, and wine-induced socializing. 

 

Jan 13: Every Wednesday is Ladies Night at Tang 

Ladies, prepare yourselves for a slew of gracious drink deals at Tang that will definitely spice up your Wednesdays. Come and get a free bottle of wine if you show up with a group of four or more ladies. There will also be 50 free punch drinks for early birds (not compatible with the wine offer), and finally special deals on some of their delicious drinks that we have recently been raving about. Expect a sultry evening of R&B music from DJs FranX and Kitchen. Free.7pm. Tang 

Jan 15: Be Stupid 

Be Stupid throws down their first event at REC Room this Friday. A brand that’s quickly taking the city by storm with their eclectic blends of insanely fun/dumb dance music. DJs ShenYue, Sunmeng, and Anton, your ambassadors of stupidity, will be present to take you on an electric musical journey of house and techno shenanigans to pop your weekend off right. Be as stupid and as reckless as you like, because there’s one thing we know for sure, the music will be on point. Free. 10pm. Rec Room 

Jan 15: DJ Jazzy Jeff Live 

Music legend Jazzy Jeff makes his Beijing debut this weekend at the exclusive Room 79 at Elements Club. Known as a DMC World Champion DJ, Grammy Award Winner, and even co-star of the 90s hit TV series Fresh Prince of Bel Air, he hasn’t lost his chops over his 30-year career. Recently Jazzy Jeff even performed the scratch overdubs for the film "Straight Outta Compton." There is a limited capacity at this event, so reserve your tickets and tables early. RMB 360. 10pm-late. Jan 15: Welcome Back Wine Socialiser at TRB's Copper 

With 2016 well underway, PFG (Premium Finance Group) and INN (International Newcomers Network) want to welcome all of Beijing’s newcomers and seasoned veterans to socialize at the elegant confines of Temple Restaurant Beijing's (TRB) Copper.
