Think wood-paneled walls, Japanese style murals, servers dressed in kimonos, and crabs stacked high on your plate. This restaurant will truly make you feel as if you've just landed in a small town in Japan.

Whether it's the RMB 800 king crab legs  coated in creamy cheese and black pepper or the crunchy crab sukiyaki priced at 1188 , trust me, the crab here will surely make your mouth water.

JUMBO Seafood

If you're looking for a restaurant that specializes in Nanyang cuisine, look no further than Jumbo Seafood, an iconic restaurant from Singapore that serves some of the best black pepper crab you can find in the capital.

Jumbo's signature dish, though, is the RMB 500 Chili Crab , which comes with over ten spices to deliver an unforgettable flavor to your taste buds. The dish is bathed in a zesty and tangy chili sauce best paired with mantou or crispy baguette. You can also pair the sauce with prawns, crayfish, squid or even use it to make an incredibly delicious pasta.

Another dish worth trying here is the 蟹壳蒸蛋 Xiè ké zhēng dàn (steamed egg in crab shell), which is about RMB 150. Made with Alaskan crab, the smooth egg mixture is poured into a crab shell and steamed until perfectly cooked, making for a super tasty concoction.
