It is Wednesday, my dudes, and the middle of the week ain’t all that bad. There are still food and drink deals and happenings to be found across the city, so, building off our recent rundown of Tuesday deals and Taco Tuesday deals, we move on to Wednesday.
We've also thrown a few events in for good measure, with many of them focusing on wine, since Wine Wednesday is also a thing.
RMB 15 Square Pizza at La Platea
La Platea leans into the Italian side of their Mediterranean roots with this Wednesday special, a pizza deal that could be like an aperitivo deal, too. Order any drink and you’re entitled to a slice of their square pizza for RMB 15 from 3pm until 10pm.

Whiskey Wednesday at Timekeepers
Beijing nightlife circuit newbie Timekeepers has put together a pretty stellar weekly schedule in the few months they’ve been open. From TV show and movie screenings on Mondays – now it’s playing Black Myth: Wukong on the big screen on Mondays – to G&T Tuesdays and more, there’s everything to love at this bar and billiards house near the Drum Tower.
And fun can be had every Wednesday, which they’ve dubbed Whiskey Wednesdays. It’s on these nights that guests can enjoy RMB 30 on the bar’s house whiskey highball all night long. Lucky Draw Wednesdays at Georgia’s Feast
