Funky Dogg
A small restaurant in Chaowai Soho offering 16 types of hot dog (RMB 26-48), most with an Asian twist. The venue's decor is certainly successful in its attempt to be "funky", with white and black tiled walls and bar, colorful fold-out chairs, neon lights, the slogan “I love hot dog” above the bar alongside a decal of Jon Arbuckle at Odie from Garfield.

Hope Tree
Hope Tree is a café-style malatang restaurant in the basement of China Central Place that allows diners to choose from a range of ingredients such as lotus root, potato, sweet potato, seaweed, tofu, mushroom, duck blood, a dozen kinds of leafy greens, assorted meatballs, spam, and sausages. Once you've made your picks, choose to have them cooked up in a spicy, tomato, or peppercorn broth.

Built around the grand entrance and the atrium of the Rosewood Beijing hotel, Bistrot B Lounge • Bar features an open pastry counter with freshly baked croissants and bread in the morning, as well as sweet pastries, cakes, and cookies in the afternoon (2.30-5.30pm), and crepes and chocolates at night. Specialty coffees and teas are also sold throughout the day before things heat up in the nighttime with an extensive cocktail list.

Opened by three partners united in the simple goal to source genuinely good ingredients and combine them to make good dishes by chefs from eight different countries. The menu includes various concepts, including various Asian dishes as Chinese and Japanese noodles, Xinjiang-style barbecue lamb, rice, mamenori (Japanese-style soybean wrappers), as well as Western food with a twist, such as Sichuan-flavored cuttlefish pasta, foie gras risotto, soups, and several desserts. Echo Juice
One of the few established names on the Beijing juice cleansing scene, Echo Juice, located on the first floor of Central Park, stocks six kinds of organic, cold-pressed juice (RMB 48-57), smoothies (RMB 53-64), shooters (RMB 32-34), smoothie bowls (RMB 83), and a range soda waters (RMB 45-47). The venue makes a point of using high-end juice extractors from Nutrifaster and Blendtec blenders.

Hong Kongese restaurant Phoenix House offering various hot pots, dim sum, and authentic dishes, popular for their chicken pot with isinglass (RMB 298 for half, or RMB 498 for a whole), and “white sugar sponge cake” (RMB 20).
