4corners is the first solo project from Vietnamese-Canadian chef Jun Trinh, formerly of Luga's Pho Pho. The hot-and-sour fish head soup with lime leaves, pineapple and chilli stands out for its rich flavor. Of the tapas-oriented dishes, try the Vietnamese rolls filled with toasted rice, pork skin and leafy herbs. On weekends, a brunch menu features Canadian-style breakfasts and Asian options, plus a range of "morning-after" cocktails.
