Big Sarcosaurus is the slightly strange take on 大懒龙 (dà lǎnlóng), literally “big lazy dragon,” and this venue's primary sell: foot-long rolls of dough filled with beef (RMB 15) and pork (RMB 12), as well as baozi (RMB 3), cold noodles (RMB 12), congee, several cold dishes (RMB 6-12), and other assorted meat dishes (RMB 18-38).
