Blufish 布鱼餐厅

Blufish in Beijing APM aspires to provide an experience along the lines of "Eating French food in American style" (think their signature "croissant pizza," combining a typical French pastry with American-style toppings). In addition, they also have salads, snacks, pasta, paella, and soups.

The interior space is predominantly white and in order to create a dreamy underwater world, the walls are decorated with hand-drawn graphics of coral, aquatic plants, and fish. The curved space is divided into four separate "submerged alcoves," enhancing the otherwordly feel of the restaurant.
