After years working in Montreal, Toronto, and Edmonton, Chef Ernest has finally opened his own bistro at Pinnacle Plaza, Shunyi.
The menu is repelte with both unique dishes: yak ricotta, beef tartare, and charcuteries (the organic pork is butchered by Chef Ernest himself); and old school French classics:confited pork shoulder, wrapped with pork caulfat pairing with maple syrup gastrique..... Aside from the scrumptious food, expect decent cofffe, young wine, and craft beer. Bon Appetit!
