The Lobster House is one of the few locations in Beijing that serves real Boston coldwater lobsters. Resembling a made-to-order station, the chef at Lobster House can cook their lobsters in whichever way that may suit their customers' taste buds, including French, Sichuan, Baked American or Thai-styles.
